Terms & Conditions

By using Quigo you are entering into this agreement with Quigo Pty Ltd ('Quigo', 'we', 'us'), and if you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the service. You can sign in with a Google account you legitimately own and control, or register directly with an email and password, you are responsible for everything done on your account, you should not share your session or password with others, and you must tell us immediately at contact@quigo.tech if you suspect unauthorised access. You retain full ownership of every video, image, scene, choice, prompt, and module you create on Quigo, and by uploading content you grant us a limited, non exclusive licence to host and serve it solely so the platform can show it to you and to anyone you choose to share it with via a public or invite-only link. You also own the AI-generated outputs Quigo produces from your own prompts and uploads, subject to the underlying AI provider's own terms and to the rights of any third party content, real people, or copyrighted material you reference in a prompt, which remain your responsibility to clear.

Don't upload or generate content that you don't have the rights to use, don't upload or attempt to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, a non-consensual likeness of a real person, hateful, defamatory, or that incites violence, don't try to break, abuse, scrape, or reverse engineer the service, and don't use the platform to store malware or to phish anyone. Our AI video generation runs through automated content moderation that blocks known categories including CSAM, non-consensual real-person deepfakes, explicit sexual content, and graphic violence before a video is produced, prompts that trip this moderation are rejected rather than generated, and we may suspend or remove accounts that repeatedly attempt to violate these rules. Each video upload is capped at 80 MB and must be in MP4 format, files between 50 and 80 MB are automatically compressed in your browser before upload, and free accounts may be subject to per user storage and rate limits which we may adjust with reasonable notice.

Quigo offers a free tier as well as paid Creator (monthly only) and Business (monthly or annual) subscriptions and one off AI credit top up packs, prices are shown in the listed currency on the Pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice, and all purchases are processed by Stripe, our third party payment processor, and billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel, cancellation is available at any time with one click from the Billing page (or by emailing contact@quigo.tech if that option isn't available on your account), it takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep full access to paid features until then. We do not provide refunds for partial or already used billing periods except where required by law or set out in our Refund Policy, AI credits granted under a paid plan reset on your plan's renewal date (monthly for monthly plans, annually for annual plans) and unused credits do not carry over, and credit top up packs never expire but are non refundable once any credit from that pack has been used. Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable statutory consumer right that may apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

AI features are optional and only run when you choose to use them, inputs such as prompts or selected media are used only to generate the requested result and are not shared with advertisers or other users, and AI outputs may vary and may contain inaccuracies, so you are responsible for reviewing them before use or publishing them to others. Generating videos on Runway from prompts produced in Quigo uses Runway's models and is subject to Runway's own pricing, terms, and moderation decisions, and we are not responsible for charges, outages, or content moderation decisions made by Runway or any other third party service we integrate with. Quigo is provided 'as is' and 'as available', we do not promise uninterrupted service, we may modify, suspend, or shut down features at any time with reasonable notice, and to the maximum extent allowed by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, though nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You can stop using Quigo and permanently delete your account and all of its data at any time, self service, from Settings then Delete Account, which erases your modules and videos immediately, or by emailing contact@quigo.tech if you'd rather we do it for you, and billing records required for tax and accounting purposes may be retained for the period required by law even after deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms from time to time, material changes will be posted to this page with a revised 'Last updated' date, and continued use of Quigo after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law rules, and courts located in that jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute; if you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or elsewhere, this does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of your own country of residence.
