By using Quigo, you agree to these terms and if you don't agree, please don't use the service. You sign in with a Google account you legitimately own and control, you are responsible for everything done on your account, you should not share your session with others, and you must tell us immediately at contact@quigo.tech if you suspect unauthorised access. You retain full ownership of every video, image, scene, choice, prompt, and project you create on Quigo, and by uploading content you grant us a limited, non exclusive license to host and serve it solely so the platform can show it to you and to anyone you choose to share it with via a public link. Don't upload content that you don't have the rights to, don't upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, defamatory, or that incites violence, don't try to break, abuse, scrape, or reverse engineer the service, and don't use the platform to store malware or to phish anyone, and we may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules. Each video upload is capped at 80 MB and must be in MP4 format, files between 50 and 80 MB are automatically compressed in your browser before upload, and free accounts may be subject to per user storage and rate limits which we may adjust without notice, and we may delete projects that have been inactive for an extended period after notifying you by email. Quigo offers a free tier as well as paid Creator and Business subscriptions and one off AI credit top up packs, prices are shown on the Pricing page in the listed currency and are subject to change, and all purchases are processed by Stripe and billed at the start of each billing cycle (annual for Creator and Business plans, one off for credit packs). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel from the Billing page or by emailing contact@quigo.tech before the renewal date, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access to paid features until then, and we do not provide pro rata refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law. AI credits granted under a paid plan reset on your monthly anniversary and any unused credits do not carry over, credit top up packs are non refundable once consumed, and pricing or credit allowances may change with reasonable notice posted on the Pricing page. AI features are optional and only run when you choose to use them, inputs such as prompts or selected media are used only to generate the requested result and are not shared with advertisers or other users, and AI outputs may vary and may contain inaccuracies, so you are responsible for reviewing them before use. Generating videos on Runway from prompts produced in Quigo uses your Runway account and is subject to Runway's pricing and terms, and we are not responsible for charges, outages, or content moderation decisions made by third party services. Quigo is provided 'as is' and 'as available', we do not promise uninterrupted service, we may modify, suspend, or shut down features at any time, and to the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You can stop using Quigo and delete your account at any time by emailing contact@quigo.tech, we may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and on termination, your projects and videos will be deleted within 7 days while billing records required for tax and accounting purposes may be retained for the period required by law. We may update these terms, material changes will be posted to this page and the 'Last updated' date below will be revised, and continued use of Quigo after changes constitutes acceptance.
